Biography 

Fulten Larlar received her M.F.A. from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, CA, with honors, on a Fulbright Scholarship. Her short film, “The Currycomb,” won the Eastman Kodak Best Screenplay Award. “Devrim Eskişehir,” the highly acclaimed documentary Larlar co-directed/wrote/produced, also inspired a feature-length fiction film, “Cars of the Revolution/Devrim Arabaları.” She was the Story Consultant for “Seeking the Sultan,” a documentary finalist in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Student Oscars Northeast, and Associate Producer of the multi-award-winning documentary “Waiting for Arif”. Larlar professionally reads screenplays for story analysis and performs workshops on storytelling and pitching techniques.
