CILECT Accredited Member
The Department of Communication and Design is an accredited member of CILECT, the International Association of Film and Television Schools. As one of more than 180 film and media schools worldwide in the CILECT network, COMD is part of an international community committed to high standards in audiovisual education.
ECREA Membership
COMD is an institutional member of ECREA, the European Communication Research and Education Association. ECREA is one of Europe’s main academic associations in media and communication studies, supporting research, scholarly exchange, and collaboration across the field. This membership reflects the department’s commitment to both creative practice and academic research.
ELIA Membership
Our department is a member of ELIA, the European League of Institutes of the Arts. ELIA connects higher education institutions in art, design, and related fields through international cooperation, research, and exchange. Through this faculty-level membership, COMD is linked to a broader European arts education network.
Mobility & distribution
Erasmus+ Exchange Opportunities
Through Erasmus+, COMD students can study at partner institutions abroad as part of their degree. Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for academic mobility and cooperation in higher education. At COMD, it supports international study experience within the department’s undergraduate curriculum.
T-Port Film Platform
Our student films are featured on T-Port, a platform for emerging filmmakers and short film distribution. T-Port connects student and independent work with festival programmers and industry professionals, helping selected films reach wider international visibility.
